Canterbury Cathedral & The Royal Pavilion

The following photos are from our first day on the road. It was a bit rainy off and on. We visited the town of Canterbury, and it's magnificent cathedral. Just before our evening stop in Brighton, we had a tour of the exotic Royal Pavilion, and its beautiful gardens.

Many of the garden photos are on the Wildflowers pages.

Both of these places prohibited photographs taken inside of the buildings.

The lavish Royal Pavilion was built for the Prince Regent in the early 1800's.
