Please click on the email link of the store owner. The email address will be conveniently located next to each item, on it's detail page. This will open your email program, with the email address of the store owner already filled in. Kindly mention the item you are inquiring about, and the seller will promptly respond to your needs.
- Is the pricing firm, as stated?
This is one of the reasons I choose to use the word 'market' in our name. Please feel free to communicate with each store owner, and arrive at an agreeable price for all parties. Please remember that you are not purchasing from dealers, but collectors such as yourselves.
- When should I use the shopping cart?
Please only use the shopping cart feature, when it is clearly indicated that the store owner accepts credit cards through Paypal. Most current store owners are opting only for money orders or cashier checks.
- Is there added cost, to the listing price?
The shipping (including materials), insurance costs, and delivery confirmation are additional to the listed price.
- How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated mostly by materials used, and the weight of the item(s) being sent. Also the destination (your home address) has much to do with the shipping cost. Our store owners will do their very best to package your purchases well, and search for a speedy and secure way of delivering them to you. - Why Insurance and Delivery Confirmation?
While delivery confirmation may be optional, insurance (usually of the same value as the purchase price) is mandatory. This insurance is for the protection of both the seller and the buyer. It is not that expensive, and can make the difference in case of breakage during transit.
- Where are the items being shipped from?
All items remain with each of the store owners, so shipping will be from their address to yours. There is no centralized shipping on The Collector's Market. Most store owners are currently U.S. based, with one being located in Spain.
